What should I do if the product delivered is found to be spoilt, damaged or incorrect against my order ?admin
To mitigate disappointments, we will check thru the goods before delivery. However, should there be any issues as mentioned, please email to us at Saleipetexpress@gmail.com within 3 days from date of receiving the goods by furnishing the following details:
- a) Name & contact number
- b) Invoice number
- c) Name and quantity of products with issues.
- d) Photos of the products with issues
