How long does it take to process and ship out my order ?adminUpon receiving order confirmation, your order will be processed on the next business day. The delivery lead time will take between 2 to 7 days, depending on the location
Why is my order delayed?adminSorry for any inconvenience caused. If your order is delayed, kindly track your order with the tracking number given as our courier delivery differs based on location. If your orders has not been delivered yet, please contact us as soon as possible.
What should I do if the product delivered is found to be spoilt, damaged or incorrect against my order ?adminTo mitigate disappointments, we will check thru the goods before delivery. However, should there be any issues as mentioned, please email to us at Saleipetexpress@gmail.com within 3 days from date of receiving the goods by furnishing the following details:

- b) Invoice number
- c) Name and quantity of products with issues.
